The views from the sea view rooms are just stunning. You can see the Promenade de Anglais, it’s lovely just to sit out on the balcony and watch the world go by. Beds are really comfortable and rooms lovely and clean. Staff were friendly with easy check in and out. The hotel’s food delivery truck arrives around 5am right under the guestroom windows, with the refrigerated engine running the entire time. The noise is extremely loud and makes it impossible to sleep. It’s surprising that the hotel allows this to happen, given how disruptive it is.
