Very nice hotel at a good location in Nice! The only difficult was the parking that was a bit expensive opposite. But with 20 minutes walk you can be in the Promenade des Anglais! This is a great budget hotel situated 2/3 minutes walk from Nice Ville station. Cool little reception area with some funky furnishings, flavoured water also a nice touch. Rooms are smallish but well appointed with nice linens and towels. Very good breakfast choice too. It’s a 25 minute walk to the old town or a couple of stops on the tram. But we were very happy with our choice of staying here

The room was a bit small, but the bed was comfortable and it was quiet despite facing the street. The hotel is close to the bus and tram stops, so we could easily get around Nice. We stayed at this hotel in Nice and we had great experience. This hotel was only five minutes from the train station and check-in. Staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms were very not super modern but cute, quiet and comfortable . We even had a little balcony. We met a few different receptionist during our 2 day stay, all were nice and helpful. We didn't include breakfast on our reservations so cannot speak to that. There is an elevator- yay!
