Hotel Saint Georges (couple trip)

Upon arrival at the hotel, I was given the key to my room. Upon entering, it was unfinished and bore traces of the previous guest's work, so they had to give me another one (hours later). The noise from the upstairs bathrooms is quite loud. Furthermore, the hotel staff called me at 10:00 to tell me I had to vacate the room for maintenance and that they wouldn't give me another one until the aftern...

Very disappointed. The rooms are very small, the walls are dirty, the wardrobes do not exist, they are just some shelves. The elevator is very old, you are afraid of getting stuck in it. Poor breakfast with an old taste. And the manager doesn't know or has no interest in solving the problem I had.

Gorgeous hotel with friendly staff. Strong air conditioner and coffee machine. Large TV along with a mini fridge!

Terrible experience. Awful bed, had back pain for days even after we checked out. The sole elevator was broken and they just did not care; we had to take our luggage through the stairs. Overall, an unpleasant experience.

If the hotel would say they are a 3 star hotel, we would have given them a four or five star review. But they say they are four stars. Our room was small, very basic but functional. We only had two backpacks so we had space but I feel like if we had arrived with two hand lagguage as well, we would have struggled with the space.
