Hotel NAP by HappyCulture (couple trip)

We’ve just had a great 2 night stay at Hotel Nap. Its location was spot on for us. It’s within easy walking distance of the beach, promenade, old town, shops, square and the carnival. Excellent, central location. It was a 30 min train ride from the airport. The buffet breakfast had amazing selection and we used it every day. The room we stayed in was large with good AC and blackout window coverage in the bedroom. The room was terribly clean (crumbs on the floor, some black mould on bathroom wall/ceiling) but overall it was acceptable. The staff were helpful and kind even though...

An absolute beauty of a location! We couldn't have asked for a better location. They offer free espresso and water in the lobby which was an excellent complementary touch. The place is in the heart of the city, which is a very good reason to choose. Do not expect a briliant room, but what you need from a place to stay. Rooms were clean, and cleaned every day. Staff is nice, many thanks to Mrs Cristina and Mrs Ana for their efforts on delivering great service on meal service area. Enjoy your stay.

Really happy with our stay in this hotel. Rooms and bathrooms were well-sized, comfortable, and clean - no issues at all with the room or towels being dirty, unlike what some of the other reviews said. The staff at reception were friendly and very patient with my terrible French and still spoke back to me in French :) The refillable water/tea/coffee station was great.
