Rooms are OK, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good, lots of choice. Very close to the the University tram stop and a 5 minute walk to the promenade des anglais.

A very satisfying choice of accommodation in the city centre. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Few minutes away to walk to the promenade and about 30 minutes to the old town. Also very close to the tram stop.

A small hotel with slightly basic rooms, the staff however are wonderful and the choice at breakfast time very good. It doesn't have a bar which is a shame, however hot beverages are available night and day for free.

Lovely hotel easily within walking distance to the centre of Nice. Very friendly staff who were keen to help. Free hot drinks and fruit juice 24/7. Towels available for beach use. Secure storage of bags when leaving late in the day.
