Hotel Ibis Styles Nice Aéroport Arénas (solo trip)

This was our first visit to the French Riviera. Our first impression was of a welcoming and friendly staff who took time to help us with a room request. Our room was bright, well equipped and perfectly clean. We stayed 4 nights and each day our room was made up and fresh towels provided. One of those dreadful hotels that makes you wonder why you bother. Check in took ages, dreary common area with a crappy pool out back. I asked for a quiet room and was put on the first floor overlooking the road. Was woken by shouting tramps at 2am and the tram from 4am. Shower was faulty. Told manager it was noisy and rather than saying 'I'm sorry to hear that' etc just started talking at me for ...

That’s the one of the worst service I got for a many years. - I waited 40 min for check in, from 2am till 2.40 am, I was alone in a lobby - bed was covered with a polyethylene protective cover, which made loud noise while moving on a bed - room services started slamming every door before 9am, about 8:40. - while breakfast time gigantic seagulls steals food and attacks people, what looks really dan...

Hotel is in a great location for the airport, the staff are lovely, everything is clean and the breakfast is a tasty continental affair. The pool is clean and wasn't too busy when we stayed considering it is shared with the Novotel next door. Couldn't fault this place for the price.

I came in on a late flight and was so happy the hotel is so close to the airport, a quick tram ride away (2 stops). The room and bed were all very comfortable, and the breakfast was awesome, they even have a fresh Orange Juice machine! The staff were especially friendly and helpful, and a special thanks to Yasmine who went above and beyond. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!
