Hôtel Esprit d'Azur (solo trip)

Loved this hotel, such nice friendly and accommodating staff - they let me work from the breakfast room after I’d checked out. Super location near to the big carrefour and shopping mall, near local bars and only 15’ or so to the beach and old town. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was good.

The staff were great - we got a free upgrade, they shared all of the best spots to go to and marked everything on a map. They helped us understand the local transportation and warned us of a possible transportation strike (that ended up being ok), were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. This is a different review. My family and I had a reservation at the Hôtel Esprit d’Azur in July. Unfortunately, for reasons I sensed were very unusual, our confirmed booking was cancelled. Our groups have been using this hotel for three years and we have fallen in love with it and all the staff members. The recent renovations really take it up to the next level and is extremely comfortable without a corporate feel. This is the definition of a true family run business that treats you like family.

We are a family of four and recently stayed at the hotel for one night. The room was quite spacious and clean and served our needs really well. The front desk people cannot be nicer or more accommodating. I can definitely recommend this place. The location is also quite good.
