I hate to only give this hotel 3 stars as it was sufficient for our stay but there were just too many issues that we had. Although the location is fabulous and the staff are polite and friendly, the rooms just weren't up to standard, being unclean, not soundproofed, and somewhat cramped with a semi-broken shower and unsecure tap in the bathroom. Compact, but clean hotel. We stayed one night and appreciated the quiet air-conditioned room. The bathroom could not be any smaller, but was fully functional. It's an ideal location being close to the train station, restaurants and cafes, as well as many art museums. The staff were friendly and helpful too. There is a large locked room to leave bags also.
