Aparthotel Adagio Access Nice Garibaldi (couple trip)

The location was good, but in all serousness you should remodel! Carpets were dirty as hell, the lobby need a paint, specially by. the elavators. You also need a professional cleaning crew to get to the back area balconies etc. there is a lot to improve!!

Although a fairly basic room, we were pleasantly surprised by how well equipped it was for simple self-catering. Even more surprised to find an excellent boulangerie on the road behind the apartment. We only stayed one night, but if staying longer would definitely go for one of the rooms with a balcony. Checked in for a short stay and I'd like to say that the location is wonderful, very close to the beach and old town, as well as a tram line for access to the greater area. But that's where I'd stop with the positives. Our room was clean enough; I can handle some black mould in the bathroom as well as a single roll of toilet paper. The facilities, however, were lacking. Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The bathroom was in poor condition, the room had an unpleasant smell, and fresh towels were only available for an extra charge. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Really not happy with our stay here - the price we paid was absolutely outrageous considering what we got. The rooms aren’t very clean and are really run down. On our first night, the shower ran out of hot water after 5 minutes, and rather than just apologising, the staff member at reception became incredibly rude and defensive.
