Adagio Nice Centre (couple trip)

This hotel was nice and clean but they did not clean the rooms and we had to take out the trash ourselves at the end of our stay. It has good value but you do have to pay €20 a day for parking and the tourist fee which adds up. The customer service was good, they only have two coffee pods for our 6 day stay. If you don’t have a car this is a bit far from everything.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was honestly the worst hotel experience of my life (and I’ve travelled to over 35 countries). The room was filthy - hair and dirt all over the floor, and 7-8 worms crawling in the bathroom. Disgusting!!! We asked for pillows and blankets for the sofa bed. Instead of providing them, the staff told us to use the ones from the drawer, which were dirty and stained....

A lot was unique with this hotel, and I mean that in a good way. For visits under a week you don’t get your room and bathroom cleaned, and nobody takes the trash nor refills toilet paper, we had to go down to the reception and ask for more, which in my idea is totally fine. Great location and service. We made this apartment our little home and did not regret it. Everything is within walking distance, including public transport. The rooftop pool was a nice addition too! Car park a bit expensive (15€/day) but much appreciated. Friendly and professional staff, kids activities in the commons, really good value for money.

Breakfast was great and had many options and the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The front desk was available for questions. The room was nice and comfortable. It was equipped with kitchen items, which made cooking a convenient option. The hotel is in a good location and it is easy to access public transportation options.
