Résidence Ôtelia Affaires & Bien-être (solo trip)

The hotel is simple but guarantees access to a parking space for an extra cost and a tramway nearby that leads to an important station. Our room was small but had everything needed for a short stay. The price is acceptable for the amenities. There are a couple restaurants nearby that we didn't try but could serve as a last resource.

Horrible hotel. I stayed 2 nights here, it was old and dirty. The dark hallways were straight out of a horror movies complete with torn wallpaper and flashing lights. Very nice and cozy apartment. Near transportation, very accessible. The staff was very polite and helpful. Their SPA is also something that adds up to the comfort.

Well equiped self contained studio apartment. Comfortable bed, good soundproofing gave quiet nights rest. Garage available in underground car park-not the easiest to access - 2 level but secure. Arriving at night in one way street with heavy traffic, hotel is easy to miss as no obvious illuminated sign.

Nice hôtel with an outstanding spa service. They've got multisensory experiences (hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, shower) and a really nice and relaxing ambiance. The hotel restaurant has tasty an inexpensive food. I was at a room with a cute balcony with views of the city and Notre Dame. Extra points for keeping our baggage at storage before and after checking in/out.
