Nemea Appart Hotel So Cloud Lyon Gare Part-Dieu (solo trip)

Nice hotel poor service. Booked a twin room, received a double. Attempts to change were first ignored and subsequently told the hotel was full although I know of other guests who changed rooms. I wouldnt stay again.

This Appart-hotel is located near Part-Dieu station, which means you can utilize the shops in the station. It also has small gym as well as small swimming pool in the floor 1, and those were nice to use. But the location is not close to the old town. We really enjoyed the pool - it was perfect for relaxing. The room was big and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made us feel right at home. The location was great and convenient. Definitely recommend for a lovely stay!

The apartment was not very clean and quite obviously hadn't been hoovered properly. It was extremely poorly equipped, possibly the worst we have stayed in whilst travelling. There was 1 mug, 1 tiny cup, 1 dinner plate, 2 forks, a dessert spoon and 1 knife. 2 small plates and 2 bowls plus 1 wooden spoon were the only things provided for guests to eat with .We asked in reception for another dinner p...

The only benefits is that it’s beside the station and the kitchen was nicely stocked enough. Many cons : - The room was dirty. The curtains had stains on them. - Laundry was 6€. Insane. - Can’t change the temperature of the room.
