The staff are SO lovely here! Me and my partner enjoyed our stay here so much! Friendly and attentive staff with gorgeous spa facilities in the centre of Lyon. Perfect. Thank you !

Hotel room was beautiful! It is quite far from the airport. Only thing was that we waited 20+ mins to be checked in cause the receptionist was missing which was frustrating after a long journey and the sink was broken. They were apologetic and someone came fixed the sink but little nuances like that dampen our experience

Hotel is located close enough to main activities and very close to public transport. The receptionist said was warm, welcoming and accommodating. Rooms were clean, although I didn't go searching for dust under the bed or above furniture like some of the reviewers.
