Hôtel Silky by HappyCulture (couple trip)

The location and staff are what make this hotel! The rooms are modern and clean. We had a wonderful experience with all of the staff who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and cared for while staying at the hotel. They recommended great restaurants too. It's an excellent location in the heart of Lyon!

Great hotel in the heart of Lyon. Very friendly staff. The rooms aren't very big, but they were enough for us. The breakfast is small but excellent. We'd be happy to come back.

We loved our stay here! It’s the perfect central location. Rooms were a great size and the customer service was great! They had free carafes you could fill up with still or sparkling water and take back to your room. I also loved that they had free coffee and tea in the rooms and lobby. We were able to leave our luggage while we waiting for our room to be done, as well as when we were checking out...

This quint little hotel is in the middle of the city where most of the attractions and many restaurants are of walking distance. Very convenient. Our hotel room is one of the bigger size rooms to accommodate our child. It has air conditioning and was working very well for an August stay. Amazing little hotel located in middle of Lyon, we stayed with our boys, and they provided us with single beds room as we requested. Rooms & bathrooms are big and the beds are so comfortable. Very clean and the reception are very nice and helpful. We will come back again :)
