REPEATED False Fire-Alarm in ONE DAY. I strongly suggest everyone to AVOID this hotel. We had 2 false alarm in one day (8am in the morning and 11:30pm at night). Terrible experience! Hotel fire alarm went off twice in ONE day — once at 8 a.m. and again at 11:30 p.m.! Both were false alarms! waking everyone up and completely ruining our rest! This is not just annoying — it’s a serious safety concern. If this keeps happening, no one will believe it’s real next time. Totally unacceptable for a hotel!

We had a great stay at this hotel during our summer trip to Lyon. Great view from the hotel and a special shout out to the staff at breakfast. Very thoughtful and warm, make us feels so at home at a hotel.

A great hotel! They have a lovely terrace, and the rooms are larger than expected. The service is excellent. I especially loved the breakfast, Karim was very helpful. At the reception, Nicolas recommended wonderful places to visit in Lyon and also helped us with a daily parking ticket. Everyone at this hotel was helpful in their own way.
