This hotel is a gem, so beautiful and comfortable. The staff is professional, kind and accommodating, the rooms are beautiful, the food is excellent. It’s a grand old hotel that has been updated, and you can meander through many different areas and sitting rooms, all perfectly appointed. I highly recommend.

What a wonderful place in the old town. The hotel is excellent, and I highly recommend staying here if you are in Lyon (avoid driving, it is better to take a cab). It is truly one of the most beautiful places in the city. The bars and restaurants are perfect, offering great food and drinks in a stylish atmosphere. The service is outstanding warm, professional, and attentive. It’s the ideal spot w...

Enjoyed a most wonderful stay in this hotel. Super kind and helpful staff. Very comfortable room. Valet parking perfect. We will return for sure! Only minus point is the breakfast for 39 euros per person which is rather steep. But there are ample options around the hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located, the staff are amazing. The reason for 4 stars is twofold. The rooms are very small and very dark, even though nicely decorated. The 2nd reason is that it is very expensive, given the room sizes - think Paris rates. It is a genuinely nice hotel but the room rate was up there.
