Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were much bigger than expected. The location was perfect; only four Metro stops from the main train station, the Metro was right outside the hotel, a very large excellent supermarket, Auchan, was only one minute away, a super bakery was only one minute away and the same for a bank. Perfect location for metro,short walk to Parc Gerland lovely walks. Staff very friendly and helpful and excellent English. Only downside not enough restaurants or pubs near u have to get a bus or metro. I would stay there again.

I was here for 20 days and I'd give a 4.8 out of 5 for this place. Excellent place for solo travellers and couples. The kitchen area with microwave and fridge are good. The bathroom is very cosy as well. In the summers, they provide a fan which is good and the place is very convenient in terms of getting metro and buses. Supermarkets nearby and overall I loved my stay in this place.
