What makes it 56% Kids-Friendly: Kids 6–12 can attend special shows like the 80-minute conte musical “NOUR,” and under-6s enter free, yet long quiet concerts, lack of play zones and no listed changing tables may test patience.
Why 2–3 hours visit duration is ideal for with kids: Time for a family concert, festival session and a quick façade visit without tiring younger children.
Family musical show “NOUR”:
Enjoy a 1 h 20 conte musical with dance, suited for ages 6 and up.
Tip: Book B-series tickets online; reserve under-6 free place but consider the show length.
Baroque façade photo stop:
Admire Carrara marble and trompe-l’œil details from the street at any hour.
Tip: Visit outside event hours to avoid crowds and get clear shots.
Festival listening sessions:
Join short, interactive sessions at the Chapelle Sauvage Festival each May.
Tip: Check the festival calendar at trinitelyon.com and reserve free spots.
Audio guide exploration:

We had a great experience in candlelight concert, Valentine’s Day version. The place was so beautiful and magical and the artist was great. It really touched our souls.

We attended Trinity Chapel for a classical concert. The Catholic church is impressive from the inside, a great example of baroque architecture. It is a historic monument and well worth a visit. The concert itself was fantastic and the staff excellent.

Tonight we attended the Concert Candlelight à Lyon— we listened to the four season by Vivaldi performed on the circular central stage. The performance by four musicians was great. The ambience was outstanding. The hall (chapel) was rather crowded. Will attend again if I can work out my schedule to be here during future events
May features free festival workshops; winter months host early-music concerts—always check the event calendar online.
