What makes it 85% Kids-Friendly: School-age children get hands-on brainteasers, dizzying vortex fun and a family ticket discount; exhibits are safe, indoor and stroller-friendly, making a lively 1-hour outing.
Why 1-1.5 hours visit duration is ideal for with kids: Short enough to hold kids’ attention while exploring key illusions
Tunnel Vortex:
Walk through a spinning corridor that warps your senses.
Tip: Hold kids’ hands and record a slow-motion video for fun effects.
Infinity Room:
Stand in a mirror-lined chamber where reflections repeat endlessly.
Tip: Position everyone in the center and take group selfies with the flash off.
Mirror Room:
See your shapes stretch, shrink and flip in multiple mirrors.
Tip: Challenge kids to find the exact spot for the funniest distortion.
Hologram Gallery:
View bright floating images that appear mid-air.
Tip: Dim lighting makes holograms pop—ask kids to point out each floating shape.
Puzzle & Brainteaser Zone:
Solve interactive visual riddles and optical games together.
Tip: Read panels aloud for younger children and race to finish each puzzle.
The museum is fully indoors. Visit midweek mornings to avoid weekend crowds in summer and winter holiday peaks.

Decent experience for the young ones but it's not worth the price. 19 Euros per ticket for something that lasts 30 minutes from start to finish with just basic illusions is not worth it

Awesome place 🙂. Really enjoyed my visit

We enjoyed our time at the museum as a family of three. It's a fun way to spend about an hour of your time. Would definitely recommend for older kids and adults -- better in pairs or groups because some of these require multiple people. It was a fun way to escape the heat wave outside.

Visited because it was rainy the day we went to Lyon and needed an inside activity. Spent less than an hour here. But the chocolate making was a hit with my son

Very crowded. Maybe that made our visit not so satisfying and worth the price. Maybe visit on weekdays or early on the day.
