What makes it 70% Kids-Friendly: Children 5–12 have age-rated matinees and €10 family tickets, but shows demand seated silence and there is no play area, so active kids may tire after an hour.
Why 2–3 hours visit duration is ideal for with kids: Allows time for a matinée or afternoon family show plus exploration of the foyer and a snack break without tiring younger children.
Jeune public matinée performance:
Attend a morning show designed for ages 5–18 with a shorter runtime and interactive elements.
Tip: Book online in advance and choose performances marked 5+; arrive 30 minutes early to get settled.
En famille afternoon show:
Enjoy a 15:00 family performance on Wednesday or Saturday with a special adult+child ticket option.
Tip: Buy the “Abo Après-midi en famille” bundle (€60) for one adult and one child to save on tickets.
Explore the foyer:
Watch pre-show video screens and relax in free seating up to one hour before the show.
Tip: Let kids roam safely and engage with multimedia installations to build excitement.
Post-show Q&A session:
Join a short discussion with dancers after young audience shows.
Tip: Encourage kids to ask questions about movements and costumes to deepen engagement.

I only went to the coffee shop of the house and it's a bit expensive but it is very cosy and you can properly relax or enjoy a show

The industrial side of the building is attractive though, but optimisation is still possible. Improving spectators' footprint is also necessary. The 23/24 program is...

Visited the Sasha's snow show. Great place to hold this famous show.

A lovely, modern dance theatre. The leg room is a little small, and fold out seats in the aisles (common in France) allow for very busy performances, but the views are excellent, the stage a good size, and lighting and acoustics make for top quality productions. Well worth a visit.
Family matinées run primarily during the school term on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Check the online calendar for reduced shows in July–August.
