Bulle - Restaurant de Fourvière - Guy Lassausaie (couple trip)

The set menu was delicious and probably too filling but I had to eat all of it! The service was nice (not over the top) and the views in and outside of the restaurant was incredible. I had to come back during the golden hour to appreciate the view again on the terrace with a glass of wine. The terrace is walk in but dinner needs reservations.

Exceptional location with a beautiful view from the terrace — the surroundings and the venue itself are well worth the trip. Extremely tasty and high-quality food that meets Michelin standards. A place to recommend if you’re visiting this city.

Bulle Restaurant in Lyon is such a great find! The sourdough bread is soft, fluffy, and pairs perfectly with their creamy butter. I loved the starter with cheese, nuts, and berry sauce, it balances all the flavors so well. I tried the ravioli with shrimp and it had a fresh, sea-like taste that really stood out. We stopped in to have wine and sit on their outdoor area to enjoy the panoramic view of Lyon. Service was good. The attendants were friendly and quickly found is a nice table with cool shades.
