The huge numbers of people using the park around the Rosenborg is a reflection of how accessible and popular this place is. The formally laid out gardens are fabulous in the summer, but still provides enjoyment in winter. The museum in the palace has superb displays of artefacts from the centuries and warrants a decent time allotted to view them.

Beautiful castle, can get a little bit tight with more people in it. We enjoyed our time there, Rosenborg castle is beautiful. There are „two“ exhibitions, the castle and the rooms in itself and the treasure chamber with some weapons and the treasures. Both are interesting and shortlasting to look at. We had a quick but beautiful time there.

It is easy to get to the place, thanks to the well connected public transport systems. The architecture of the castle is something that is worth mentioning. I would recommend to read and learn about the history of the palace before visiting it so ...
