Recommend for a central located hotel. Good rooms, kind and helpful staff. Location is just great, walking distance from the busy malls and shopping street, metro and rather close to the bund area. There's a family market next door (and a nice little bakery (Crave) for western pastries).

It is a reasonable accommodation with good service. The hotel is located in a area that is not too crowded or noisy. It is convenient to go anywhere. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will go back to stay next time 100%

This hotel is almost perfect. The location is excellent, the rooms are great and very clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is the noise from the nearby theater or concert hall on some nights. In my case, there was one night with extremely loud noise — the stage was being dismantled and trucks were being loaded from 1:00 AM to 4:00 AM, which made it impossible to sleep. ...
