Location is great if you plan on walking anywhere near nanjing road- minus one cos cars coming to here to pick you up will face some heavy traffic. But otherwise, overall great experience, the rooms were comfortable and I felt well taken care of by the staff. Lovely lobby area and a happy hour from 5-8pm. I think this hotel location in a good location, is one of the better hotels in Shanghai. The room has a lot space including a twin bed and a bath tub. The location was really nice as there were a lot of malls full of restaurants around the hotel. The hotel pool was a little run down but usable and great for kids. I love everything about this hotel. I already stayed here several times and it never disappoints. Great atmosphere, beautiful and spacious rooms. Personnel very kind and caring. I recommend the business lounge for breakfast. The view is amazing.
