Excellent service and helpful staffs. This hotel also near to ferry and strategic location (restaurants and malls nearby). Nearest Metro station is Ti Lan Qiao 提篮桥 which is located inside opposite mall. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely wanted to stay in this hotel again if we were to visit Shanghai again.

"I'm extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Despite setting the air conditioner to 18 degrees and maximum fan speed, the temperature remained at 24 degrees and there was little to no airflow. Basic hotel in great location. Staff don’t speak English but could survive with google translate. Some rooms don’t have natural light so check that when booking / checking in. Would definitely recommend for a short stay.
