Despite the no-smoking signs everywhere, the rooms smell terrible and are really inappropriate as an Accor hotel. The management is clearly aware of the problem but shrug for not being able to resolve the problem because enforcement is not possible. Really? I’ve stayed in many hotels all over the world — including many in China — and how can these hotels manage it?
