Very well organize room. Staff were helpful and friendly. High tech toilet and bathroom. Complimentary water and juice available and tea and coffee as well. Good buffet breakfast lots of option especially considering that we could not eat meat there were a lot of vegetarian options available as well. I would definitely highly recommend this hotel

Well, let me just say that I am very pleased with Mercure Hotel at Yu Garden in Shanghai. The staff were very friendly and that the location and the price was very reasonable. It is kinda located inside downtown Shanghai but it does take 15-20 minutes to get into Nanjing road using a Taxi. It does receive our TaoBao deliveries prior to our landing and every packages was handled and stored safely...

We stayed for one night but the experience was excellent, Particularly the service. The staff were very helpful with various things like moving luggages and calling taxi, especial Lucas, he was very helpful. Thank you Lucas! We'll be back for sure!

Nice hotel. Near by to laoximen metro station. There is a laundry room. It's help us to laundry your clothes and pants. Staff also helpfull when I want to heating my food. Basically am happy to staying here.

This hotel is not Accor managed. Reception staff are very busy and not friendly. Rooms were quite outdated. The first room had a cigarette smell, so requested for a room change. TV in room turned on by itself. Except for Housekeeping was good. Would not recommend staying here.
