I was very disappointed with my stay at Jinglai Hotel Light Luxury. The room was dirty, and to make matters worse, they required a deposit that was never mentioned on Booking.com. This was not in any of the booking guidelines, and it caused me a lot of unnecessary trouble. Guests should be warned about this hidden charge before booking.

Bed and blankets were a bit moist when we arrived. Rooms smell weird. We looked and saw mold in the AC! We were offered a different room but they weren’t any different.
