Hilton Garden Inn Shanghai Lujiazui is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are very modern and well cleaned. It is spacious and have very comfortable beds too. Though the breakfast spread could have been slightly better. During my stay between 10 to 13 November, we were served by Nico who was very kind to help us with our purchase on Taobao as we were unfamiliar with how the collection box system works....

This hotel is located on the top floors of the building. They had a nice view, solid breakfast, and even decent gym with basic dumbbells, treadmills, a cable machine, kettlebells, and a punching bag. Located in a great area for walking and definitely recommend staying here!

Front desk staff Kelly was so kind and helped us find a beautiful room on the 36th floor,,what a view! The hotel is very clean, perfectly located in the heart of Pudong. Subway Line is right downstairs, and shopping malls and restaurants are just across the street. All the staff members were professional and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Shanghai!
