Wonderful park! Remember to bring your passport if you're not a Chinese citizen. Tons to do and the park is huge!

Not a 5-star hotel I had a 3 day 2 night stay here and found the amenities lacking and the staff are hit and miss: some are very helpful and friendly, others doing the bare minimum. Overall, this is not a good place to stay unless you have some command of the Chinese language. The language barrier proves to the a bit of an issue here. My experience does not leave me wanting to come back again. Pr...

The truth 1day trip isn't enough to get through all the attractions. Start the day, door open 8.30. Some attractive need long queue. Quite big area to spend for one day. The most interesting is the fireworks at the night 21.15 about 15mins. If wanna see the fireworks front of the castle, need to find best place 2-3 hours before it's start.
Visit in April–May or September–October for mild weather and lower crowds. Avoid Chinese public holidays to reduce wait times.
