Informative and interactive museums! A large collection of antique cars. You can rent an audio player to guide you thru, there is English and mandarin option. The cafe on the top floor is ok, we only got a coffee. And btw you are allowed to bring along the coffee when you browse. There is a “Antique Car Experience” for paying about ¥300 which already includes 2adults and 1 or 2 children entra...

Visited in February 22, on a Sunday. Started to get busy in the afternoon, but quiet in the morning. The museum shows great samples well preserved historical cars from different countries. It is definitely worth a visit if you like history of transportation. You also get a glimpse of what Shanghai looked 100 years ago for transport , roads and traffic.

Well curated museum and lots of information as long as you get a guide. Without a guide you're just looking at the eye candy. It's in the middle of nowhere if you are staying in downtown Shanghai so it may be a trek. If you love cars though, it's worth a visit. Although imyou may have seen all these cars before with the exception of the China specific cars.
