Spent one night here and wish I could stay longer. Sandwiched between t3 and t4, with access to many restaurants (in T4). Staff were extremely friendly, polite, helpful and most spoke excellent English. The room was extremely spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and the wifi strong. Spent one night for a connecting flight. The hotel is a few steps walk outside of terminal 4. You can take the airport luggage cart to the hotel as well. Check-in was smooth and the kids received amenities as well including toys. Very good for transiting people. Breakfast was standard and had bakeries as well.
