Positives:

  • Stroller-friendly paths: The paved, flat route makes it easy to push a stroller smoothly.
  • Quiet resting spots: Benches and teahouse corners offer calm areas to pause with your baby.

Challenges:

  • No baby-changing facilities: The block lacks public changing stations; bring a portable mat and supplies.
  • Slippery sections near water: Stone pathways can be slick when wet; hold your child and use non-slip shoes.
  • Boat rides unsafe for infants: Steep steps and no railings make boat trips risky; we recommend skipping them.

Xiaohe Historical and Cultural District tourist attraction. From here, just walk down the river. A taxi from Hangzhou East Station takes about 30 minutes and costs 6,000 won. There aren't a single tourist here; everyone is local. The atmosphere is great, located near the river channel, making it a great place to visit!
