The hotel was overall very good. The location was convenient for the airport, and the pickup and drop-off service was quick and efficient. I especially appreciated the room service, which arrived exactly at the promised time. However, the in-room dining options were quite limited, particularly for vegetarian meals. It was a very nice rooms and the staff were super friendly and helpful, They speak English and they can help with any kind of questions. The location is nice next to the airport. There is shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport every 30 min which was very convenient.

My experience with this hotel went beyond expectations. After I left a large sum of money in the safe, the team, particularly Grace Ge, took immediate action.
