Best service by the Manager Micke (Ms.) and team. Kudos to the reception team that always kept my luggages safe as I travelled to other cities, rooms and bills right and stay extension smooth when my flight delayed for 1 day. Had a nice comfy 2-week stay with family. Got 2-2br and 1-1br. (P.S: Bed comfy-ness can be improved.). My 4th stay there. Next door malls offered plenty of delicious food.

This hotel was in such a convenient location, literally on the subway #2 station! The service never took more than a few minutes to put up my extra bed and deliver food and water to my floor (floor 25), by robot of course. Also, from my room (2508?) you have a clear view of the entire forbidden city from the window! I highly recommend this hotel to any person visiting Beijing!

Spacious and luxurious apartment, comfy beds and really tasty breakfast! Price rather reasonable considering the brand. Slight minus points were the Internet, TV channel offering and lack of clarity around additional fees upon arrival. Aside from that, had a lovely stay!

The AirPort Express stops at the station but it send you need to re-enter the subway station (and pay ¥2-3 yuan) to get to and use Exit D to enter the mall.
