Great hotel. Horrible telephone customer service. It took 40 minutes chatting with people who could not look up or help with changing my reservation. The automated system before you can talk to a human is also painful and hard to use...Very bad experience and reflects poorly on Marriott's brand. Hopefully you invest some effort in over the phone support with your clients.

Right downtown, friendly staff, the top floor have amazing patios. The bathrooms look a little dated but other than that they are really nice. Beds were on the former side.

During my recent stay at the Victoria Marriott, Esther provided exceptional follow-up and guest care. She personally acknowledged the issues I experienced, responded promptly, and handled the situation with professionalism and empathy. Her willingness to address concerns directly and ensure I felt heard reflects a high standard of service. This kind of attentiveness is exactly what keeps guests c...

Our stay was fantastic! The room was ready upon check in and cleaned daily. We opted for the Club Access and the drinks were consistently re-stocked. The breakfast was also very plentiful with the option of fruit, yogurt, cereals, eggs, sausages, cheeses and an assortment of pastries. The hotel is also very walkable to the main dock area including fisherman's wharf. We would stay here again in a h...

Could hear guests above my room thumping and stomping around loudly at all hours of the day. Refrigerator made a loud noise all day and the A/C was temperamental and woudl randomly turn off on its own in the middle of the day during the peak...
