Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location. Great value for money. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a great selection.

Amazing hotel! Excellent location, walking distance to all the main shops along the Harbour. I was surprised how close we were to the parliament building. We left our car at the hotel the entire duration of the trip and walked everywhere. Our room was spectacular. Splurge for the 1 bedroom and it was well worth it. Excellent location in downtown Victoria, the hotel looks a bit dated but is fully functional. Unfortunately the suite we got (as upgrade) had a big ventilation issue in the bedroom, with no window nor a/c; they tackled this problem by placing a fan in the corridor between the living room (which had a/c and also a balcony) and the bedroom, but it hardly made a difference and we did not sleep well ...

Stay was good, clean, and friendly, it's a much older hotel so it is dated, like the microwave has to be from the 90's I had a good chuckle, and I don't mind that if it ain't broke why not use it. The shower was nice, the room had an interesting order upon arrival, but again it's an older hotel. I would stay here again. Only suggestion I have is maybe update the vending machines to accept debit/cr...

Great Location ; very good breakfast included (better than most other free options. Easy checkin and checkout; very friendly and helpful front desk staff. They let you park on premises early on check in day and leave car in their lot after check out while you are still in the area. Would definitely stay here again !
