Stayed here for 4 days - staff was very pleasant, valet service was excellent, hotel is centrally located. Although there was lots of construction around the building, it did not interfere with our trip at all. My only complaint was the absolutely awful maid service. Our stay was lovely. We had a suite (room 1606) which offered great views off the balcony. Folks were lovely. Breakfast was decent. Valet staff were great too! Our room was cleaned daily. Very convenient location. Our son appreciated the cookie he received at check-in.

We really enjoyed our three night stay at the DoubleTree. We thought the room was beautiful and very clean. We lucked out and seemed to have got larger room than normal which was incredible. It is in a great area of town right near the harbour front but not so close to it that you get all of the noise. The valet was great as well. The front desk gave us some great recommendations for food, etc.

Visited on a mother/daughter trip in June 2025. I found the service to be excellent. The rooms were very clean so a particular shout out to the cleaning staff. Location was excellent. Reception was also excellent. Valet service was top notch. Would highly recommend this hotel.
