Mixed bag with this place. I like how close to the action the seats are. The washroom facilities are older, but clean. Seats are old, faded plastic that could use replacing. More choices in their concessions would be nice, as would beer sales with food instead of a separate stand. parking can be a challenge when its busy. A good chunk of the lot is now homeless shelter.

What the loss of a star is for is the very invasive black netting which makes it very difficult to watch the game.
