Langford Lanes (couple trip)

Booked a lane for an hour . Waited 15-20 after we got shoes on . The lane never turned on after talking to staff , but the time kept running down . They scrambled and seemed to have no idea what to do . Too many young staff that have zero training clearly. After 25 minutes I asked for refund . From reading other reviews, can clearly see the staff is an issue . Don’t recommend

Langford lines has consistently failed to deliver good experience, leaving us feeling frustrated and disappointed by their inability to honor promotions and provide adequate customer service.
