It's a great place to be outside, near the ocean. You can walk the beach or beside the Lagoon. On the beach side keep a look out for the driftwood animal sculptures. There is a generous amount of parking along the road (beach side). Parking can become quite challenging on warm summer weekends.

What makes it even more special are the driftwood art pieces scattered along the shore — creative, eye-catching, and perfect for photos. It’s a great place for a walk, whether you’re just out to clear your head, sp...

If your into bird watching, its a must go place. I saw so many different bird species and depending on the time you can see them trying to catch fish and eat. Its a long stretch of road with views from both sides and few art work along the beach.

It's a safe beach for children but alway keep your eye on kids around any water! The bird sanctuary on the opposite side is wonderful for spotting blue herons, swans, and other birds. The beach is never really crowded. Worth a visit on a sunny ...
