Hotel is clean and good service. High rooms give a great view of the city. Location is excellent and being so tall makes an ideal reference point as it can be seen from many blocks away. Restaurant food is average, eating out is the best option

Best place I’ve stayed during my Canada trip. The staff is the friendliest, from reception to health club, the housekeeping lady took care of my room whom I couldn’t get her name, was the loveliest. Loved this hotel! The location, the service the rooms and most importantly the ambiance was impeccable.
