Quality Inn & Suites Downtown Vancouver (couple trip)

Room was clean and tidy. Showing some wear, but still a lovely stay. Staff were hospitable and very helpful. There is both a pub and an amazing taco place across the street. Location is down Granville Street which was super convenient for the concert at Rogers as well as shopping. We walked about 8 mins to Hornby aquabus and took the boat down to Rogers. Customer service is outstanding. The reception staff are welcoming, kind, very helpful, patient and professional. The rooms are nicely renovated and for a 100+year old building that has a few quirks it does the job well. The staff make this hotel a good choice for the budget conscious traveller.

Building is 115 years old and it shows. Rooms are small and basic. Our room had a window which couldn't open, and mini fridge had to be requested to be put into the room (note to managers if your guests are staying more then one night, put the mini fridge in or better yet, provide mini fridge for every room as a minimum). Decent no-frills hotel. Air conditioning worked well, room was clean and well maintained. TV in room had local cable TV with about 100 channels. Too: bring your own HDMI cable to use with the TV.
