When we booked the price was super high and we were rethinking our decision. I'm glad we didn't and we went through with our plans. For great amenities to even better restaurants the hotel was amazing. We ordered room service and the food was so good we had to do it again. Easily one of the most pleasant hotel experiences to date! We will be visiting again

The room and food are very nice. It was just very difficult to be a woman alone after midnight on the sidewalk at the legal address, dragging 60 lbs of luggage desperately trying to find your way in. The night concierge claimed that "all of the taxi drivers know that the entrance is in the back." Apparently my taxi driver was the one who did NOT.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of a trip to Alaska and Canada. First impressions are lasting they say and that couldn’t be more true. Our arrival was met by a lovely gentleman on the desk. Think his name was Michael. He instantly set the friendly welcoming tone. So pleasant and helpful. He even told us we had an upgrade to a one bedroom suite🙂. It was amazing. A young man brought us our...

We had such a great time! The room was lovely with a fantastic view. The staff at the front desk including the valets were all so nice. We only stayed for a night for my partner’s birthday but they gave us a room upgrade and also left him a birthday card and some treats which was so sweet. We will definitely be coming back!

I stayed at the Paradox in 2022 — when it originally opened — and although we’ve done a ton of travel since then, I constantly find myself reflecting on how incredible our experience was. We’ve stayed in several big-name luxury hotels since, but none have come close to the level of service and overall experience we had at the Paradox. From the s...
