Fairmont Vancouver Airport (with baby)

Excellent service all round which made me feel like a welcome and valued guest. Rooms are large and comfortable but could do with a refresh. Felt a bit like an elderly European seaside hotel. Location could not be better for a 6am flight.

Fancy room, clean, very cool light switches, but hard beds. Can hear neighbour talking in a non adjoining room. Price VS Value not a good balance. A Fridge is missing for Medicine etc, had to use minimim space in Bar fridge that has sensors if you take anything. Great location and view of runway!

Worst experience ever. When I visited the bar on the lobby floor, the service was unbelievably horrible—as if they were silently telling me, “Hurry up and leave, Asian.” First, there was no guidance at all before I sat down. I booked a day use room and the front desk service isn’t that good. So one of the guy told me the rate of day use room is around 398 while the other guy charged me only 320 eventually. I wonder why would that happen to a such developed hotel. And after I checked out, I received the receipt via email which was totally wrong and wrongly charged me 12.3 for three bottles of spring waters which I neve...

Mixed reviews. The rooms are showing their age. The beds need to be replaced - the upgraded room we stayed in had a mattress they had seen much better days. The hotel is not at all soundproof. We were 7-8 rooms away from the elevator, but you hear it all night. When guests wheel their luggage down hallways below or above you, you hear it all. I question the cleanliness of it as well.
