Edited Review: After some confusion and reaching out to the right person, the management of Century Plaza handled a situation with the parking pricing in a timely and kind manner. The only thing modern about this hotel is the lobby and the restaurant. Rooms and bathrooms are completely outdated, old, and need a total upgrade. Towels are old and raggedy. Breakfast buffet is limited. Breakfast menu is very limited. The food is not good. Location is convenient but very noisy due to an emergency clinic next door. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms older but very clean. Kitchenettes well stocked for long term stay. Laundry facilities very clean. Beds very comfortable. Pillows too huge....next time I will bring my own. Loud because of proximity to St. Paul's Hospital but that close proximity is also very positive when a loved one is in the hospital. Great coffee shop off lobby.

The hotel is awesome. We had a room on floor 30 and the view was amazing. The location is perfect for walking around the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our meals were delicious! I will recommend this hotel to anyone going to Vancouver.

The lobby is nice with a retro/classic feel, really liked it but the room we stayed in was in need of repair and updating. For the cost per night, I would not stay or recommend. The coffee shop attached, was closed early afternoon every day. The room was large and would benefit with a pull out sofa and chair - there was that much room.
