Sonder Artesa Apartments West Queen West (solo trip)

Bed was hard and lumpy. sheets were scratchy. Location is awesome and it's beautifully decorated but I just needed a good night's sleep and couldn't because of how horrible and uncomfortable the bed was. If they replaced the cheap mattress would have rated higher.

We had a good stay. The appartment was clean for the most part and had everything we needed. The washing machine an dryer are a plus. You can hear the other units very well, which can be disturbing at night. The blinds in the bedroom didn't work.

Had a fantastic stay here. Would definitely recommend for longer stays and families. Amazing staff! I stayed here for almost two weeks and they were always friendly and helpful, no matter how busy it got. My room was clean and well-furnished, plus they were able to provide a pack n play and high chair for no extra charge. It was also easy to get extra supplies (e.g., dishwasher pods, coffee, etc.)...

The room was super nice. You can set the AC to whatever temp you want. There was a patio, a FULL kitchen so that was surprising. Service in person was non-existent. You can do everything you need yourself. The hotel is very close to a lot of food so it's a good place for that.

We had a great stay at this building—perfect location and easy to walk anywhere! Atisha at the front desk was incredibly helpful and gave us lots of great recommendations that made our trip even better.
