The room was way too small and extremely cold (impossible to turn off the ac). We were 3 and everything was set for 2 (towels, coffee). I paid for the breakfast and they wanted to charged me and extra (150$) for it so I let it go. The lady at the front desk was not really polite. It seems that the hotel is amazing when you check the lobby but it's an illusion. Don't stay there.

Great location and solid stay overall. This hotel is in an awesome spot—super easy to walk to nearby attractions, which made exploring downtown Toronto a breeze. The room was a bit small and the towels could definitely use an upgrade, but everything was clean . The housekeeping staff were especially helpful and attentive. The front desk team was friendly and accommodating, though the line to chec...

No dust or dirt or bugs for that matter to be seen in our room. The staff: exceptional. The staff at the restaurant: also exceptional. The staff at the breakfast buffet: amazing, attentive and they wo...

We stayed for one night this past Friday, have to say we had an enjoyable evening. The room was clean, the king bed and pillows felt amazing, air conditioning unit worked incredible(quite and perfect breeze) and the staff from front desk, to room service was awesome, quick and friendly. Would definitely stay at this location again.

The location is conveniently close to the subway. I’ve generally had a good impression of Holiday Inn hotels. However, this particular room was extremely small—probably the smallest I’ve ever stayed in. The dark color of carpet makes it hard to tell if it was actually clean. The hotel felt crowded, and unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
