Every part of my stay at the courtyard, Marriott downtown Toronto was flawless. The valet parking is reasonable and extremely convenient the room, although near the elevator, was quiet and very comfortable. The entire facility was clean and signage is quite clear to get around the building.

Rooms were standard Marriott, however this franchise takes care their hotel, and it shows. Good location near subway, great team members. The gym lacks leg machines/weights and was missing the piece to wrap around the leg. Beds were comfortable, heating system worked well. I'm so grateful for the extended late checkout. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for a family holiday. Location was good for walking some places. The service at the front desk and breakfast staff were excellent!! The room had some issues as outlined in the pics. It didnt affect our stay at all...and it was clean...but some work needed to be done.

Thank you very much for providing us with such a comfortable stay. To be frank, choosing Courtyard Marriott was absolutely the right decision—it turned out to be a perfect experience. The breakfast was high-quality and reasonably priced, and we’re glad the front desk recommended it to us at check-in. The staff at the breakfast restaurant (perhaps the Bistro?) were exceptional—kind to our children ...

I stayed at this hotel for a second time this past weekend and was super pleased. We were allowed in the room early after an overnight flight and the room was clean and the beds were comfy. The free breakfast for members is amazing. The hotel is also in a great location.
