Great location, close to all the attractions and to public transportation. The staff is very helpful and courteous and the rooms are spotless. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

What an excellent hotel! The staff make you feel like family. The location is great to walk throughout the main points in Quebec. The breakfast was filled with numerous delicious options, and the drinks at the bar were above what I expected. The rooms are nice, nothing extremely high end but the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space.

We had a truly unacceptable experience with this hotel. We booked a room in the center of Quebec City to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We arrived at 13:30, parked our car, and were told to return at 4:00 pm for check-in. But when we came back, we were shocked to learn that our reserved room had been given away to someone else.
